HT8500 Open-path N2O Analyzer

Product Introduction
Using quantum cascade laser absorption spectroscopy (QCLAS) technology, the HT8830 portable multi-component high-precision greenhouse gas analyzer uses two high-reflectivity mirrors exposed to the atmosphere to reflect the mid-infrared laser multiple times, with an effective optical path of tens of meters. It measures the weak absorption of the target gas to the mid-infrared laser energy at the characteristic absorption peak, and inverts the trace gas concentration by real-time integration of the absorption peak spectrum curve.
Applications of HT8500 and HT8700 series instruments:
-
HT8500 Open Path Nitrous Oxide Analyzer :
-
The high-frequency concentration analysis characteristics of the instrument make it very suitable for micrometeorological eddy covariance measurement technology. Combined with the flux observation system, it can accurately quantify the net exchange flux of nitrous oxide between different ecosystems and the atmosphere.

This series of instruments has many partners in many domestic colleges and universities. HT8700 has been displayed at the National Carbon Neutrality Northern Center, the European Geographical Union (EGU) Annual Meeting, the World Nitrogen Initiative (INI) Conference, and the Asian Flux Observation Alliance (AsiaFlux), and has been exported to the European Union to participate in scientific research projects. The rice field ammonia emission flux system experiment in cooperation with the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is located in Xianxiang, Ningbo, and its research results have been published in the world SCI journal "Agricultural and Forest Meteorology".
